What is BIOME movement?

At BIOME movement, Helen draws on the latest science and her decades of experience to bring you an approach to exercise that respects ADHD. This includes information and ideas on how to get moving, what to do when you move, and how to keep moving so exercise becomes part of your life.

How does BIOME movement work?

ADHD can make exercising tough. Sometimes it feels boring, uninteresting, or like it just isn’t worth it. On top of that, you might want to work out but struggle with procrastination, trouble focusing, low confidence, or the tiredness that comes with ADHD. These struggles are real. Helen uses her expertise to share practical tips and advice to help you get past these barriers and find a way to move that works for you.

BIOME movement will soon be available as a resource for everything related to ADHD and exercise. In the meantime, Helen uploads content to her @BIOMEmovementstudio YouTube channel. Stay ahead and subscribe so you get the latest information and the release of new content.
